Coming from the world of communication, today she applies both facets of her life to provide training, classes, workshops, retreats, and individualised support through yoga.<\/p>

One of its main purposes is to spread and apply the tradition of Yoga, its philosophy and ancient techniques to our daily lives: to live Yoga.<\/p>

She began practising in 2001 in Mexico and in 2010 trained as a Hatha-Vinyasa teacher in Barcelona, completing 200 hours. Since 2011, he has closely followed the lineage of Krishnamacharya and Desikachar, studying with several of their close disciples both in India, at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (300 hrs.), and in various locations throughout Europe. Certified in 2015 in Yoga Therapy by Dr. N. Chandrasekaran, where she learned to use the tools of yoga and their application to design personalised practices, according to each person and\/or objective, with more than 800 hours of training. training and practical experience.<\/p>

Since 2013, she has been studying every year with her teacher Chandra Klee, delving deeper into the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita and various ancient techniques from the Desikachar-Viniyoga tradition, for individualised application, guidance towards self-knowledge and spiritual development.<\/p>

In 2012, she began collaborating in teacher training programmes and since 2017 she has been co-directing and teaching her own 200-hour yoga training programme. She also teaches courses in yoga philosophy and prenatal yoga, as well as running courses, retreats and workshops and collaborating with various yoga centres to explore different topics and aspects of yoga and spread the tradition of Viniyoga.
