A teacher by vocation, after leaving the classroom, I continued teaching in a new way, through Kundalini Yoga, a discipline I began practising in 2004. The inner reconnection that took place within me led to a gradual transformation that cyclically updates itself towards greater coherence with the essential being of light and love that we are. I am currently dedicated to sharing this Kundalini practice and spreading, through workshops and sound circles, the healing power of the voice and sacred instruments such as Tibetan bowls, quartz bowls, gongs, the Shruti box, the harmonium, etc. I love to feel how the beautiful vibration of devotional group chanting of mantras connects and uplifts us. <\/p>

I completed my Kundalini Yoga training (Levels 1 and 2) in Madrid with direct disciples of the master who brought this discipline from India, as well as with international trainers. Both levels are endorsed by the Spanish Kundalini Yoga Association and the Kundalini Research Institute. I am currently deepening my understanding of the meditative and contemplative planes to which these teachings have led me, which has led me to live in nature and greatly simplify my life. <\/p>

It is my pleasure to contribute in each session to awakening the light, love, and wisdom that unifies us. With infinite gratitude, I establish myself as a mediator who promotes the expansion of the only true teacher: the one within us. <\/p>
