Four days and three nights in the majestic nature of Sueca, next to a small lake, is where you will find the Shambala Gatherings yoga retreat centre in Borntorpet.  This is a retreat centre with a charming family atmosphere surrounded by Swedish nature. The surrounding area is characterised by deep forests and rich wildlife.  <strong>Some of the neighbours we will encounter in the surrounding area will be moose, wolves and beavers.<\/strong> The facilities at the site include two yoga shalas, a yurt, a library, a dining room with a wooden terrace facing a lake, a floating sauna on the lake&#8230;<\/p><p>This is the perfect retreat for many reasons. We immerse ourselves in our yoga practice with two classes a day, including meditation and breathing work in our beautiful practice spaces.
