Frequently asked questions
Who is this programme for?
This training is aimed at people who want to deepen their yoga practice, understand its philosophical and anatomical foundations, and have a transformative experience on a personal level.
No previous teaching experience is necessary; all you need is a regular practice and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
It is designed both for those who dream of becoming yoga teachers and for those who simply wish to learn about yoga from the inside, in its broadest and most authentic sense. And to start a new path in life.
What style of yoga is taught?
We teach yoga from a traditional and mindful approach, integrating classical teachings with a contemporary view of the body and mind.
The practice is based on the principles of classical yoga, the study of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, yogic philosophy, breathing (pranayama), meditation and self-knowledge.
El objetivo no es solo aprender posturas, sino entender el yoga como un camino integral de vida.
I'm not very flexible and won't be able to do some of the poses. Can I still sign up for the course?
If I do not want to be a teacher, is this course recommended for me?
Yes, absolutely.
Many students undertake this training with no intention of teaching, simply to deepen their personal practice, improve their wellbeing and broaden their understanding of yoga.
The learning process is in itself a transformative personal experience, providing you with tools for your daily life: balance, mental calm, self-knowledge and inner clarity.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is continuous and formative, based on your commitment, attendance, participation and personal development throughout the course.
There will also be short theoretical and practical assessments to consolidate the content:
- Guided practical sessions and group classes.
- Written reflections or short personal assignments.
- Participation in philosophical discussions and practices.
The aim is not to measure your perfection, but to accompany you in your learning process, helping you to feel confident and prepared to teach yoga with authenticity and respect.
Upon completion of the training, you will receive a diploma endorsed by the Yoga Alliance.
