I am so excited to return to Menorca. This is our fifth retreat on the island, Tony.

Join us for this experience and enjoy this paradise island for 5 days and 4 nights. Our retreat will take place in a restored 19th-century country house near Ciudadela, located among olive groves, with its own freshwater swimming pool.

Menorca is a jewel of the Mediterranean, a place where time seems to stand still and the soul finds space to breathe.
With its turquoise coves, its paths among pine trees and cliffs, and its quiet and luminous atmosphere, the island naturally invites rest, introspection and connection with oneself.

Declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, Menorca preserves a unique balance between nature and tradition. Its sunrises over the sea, clear skies and serene rural landscapes make it the perfect setting for yoga and meditation.

During the retreat, we will be accompanied by the peaceful surroundings and energy of an island that inspires presence and authenticity.

The Practice

Our days will begin with dynamic morning sessions designed to expand your physical fluidity and deepen your body awareness. These practices, intelligently sequenced and enriched with mantras and breathing exercises, will challenge and refine your form, guiding you towards greater complexity with clarity and grace.

In the afternoons, we will immerse ourselves in a gentler, more restorative practice, creating space for reflection, breathing and integration.
